Introduction

There are two kinds of power generation methods in solar photovoltaic power generation system: one is photoelectric conversion mode, and the other is photoelectric direct conversion mode.

• Photoelectric direct conversion mode (photovoltaic power generation) : using the photoelectric effect, the solar radiation energy is directly converted into electric energy.The basic device for photoelectric conversion is the solar cell.Solar cell is a kind of effect by Yu Guangsheng volts and convert sunlight directly into electrical energy device, is a semiconductor photodiode, when the sun light to the photodiode, photoelectric diode will turn the sun's light energy into electrical energy (pictured), this way is easy to implement, and the cost is low, has been widely used.
